Normally, for jewelry that is in inventory, you should receive your precious
within 10 working days from the order date!
In the case of additional delays, you will be contacted by email.
This delivery policy is only applicable for Canada.
For other delivery countries please contact us via email to make delivery arrangements.
Returns and Refunds
Everything you need to know
No return or refund will be accepted unless there is an accidental out of stock on our part or by a breakage, during delivery, with supporting evidence.
We always receive delivery confirmation, so we tolerate a delay of 48 hours following delivery, to receive a refund or replacement request, following a failure or breakage of your precious.

Warranty Information
What you need to know
My greatest wish is that your precious one supports you for many years. I cannot guarantee the longevity of your jewelry since I have no control over the use and what you use it for. do. That said, I invite you to take care of it to increase its longevity.
Do not expose it to the sun for too long and store it in a dark place at normal room temperature. Better to store it in a closed box or in a closed bag to limit contact ambient air and caused by the oxidation of metals or the dryness of the necklace, in the case of leather strings.
IMPORTANT NOT TO LEAVE IT ON THE BATHROOM COUNTER OR NEAR THE SHOWER AS IT IS A VERY DAMP PLACE AND NOT ADVISED FOR COPPER AND SILVER!
